What are the event dates?

Where is the event held?
In person attendees will be at The Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland, 300 Lakeside Avenue East, Cleveland, Ohio.
Virtual attendees will access the conference through their individual log-in with our event app. A link will be emailed out the week prior to the event with instructions on how to log in. Only registered attendees will have access to the content, via their personal login using the email registered with.
What is the hotel rate?
We have a special rate of $239/night for conference attendees at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown, which is attached to the venue. Guaranteed availability deadline has passed, however they have graciously extended the rate to our attendees based on their availability. Visit the Hotel and Venue page to check availability and book at our event rate! If the property is sold out, we also highly recommend the Marriott at Key Tower as a back-up option.
How many does a table seat?
To ensure everyone’s health and safety, all tables will be set for a max of 4-5 people per table. Any companies who have registered a group larger than 4-5 attendees will have multiple tables placed next to each other to keep your party together.
We will be following all guidelines in place by the state of Ohio, Cuyahoga County, City of Cleveland, and the Huntington Convention Center at the time of the event, and adaptions to the plan may be necessary on site.
I am fully vaccinated, do I have to wear a mask?
All persons within the Huntington Convention Center must wear a mask at all times while in the building, except for when actively eating and drinking, regardless of vaccination status.
I have a health condition, do I have to wear a mask?
All persons within the Huntington Convention Center must wear a mask at all times, except for when actively eating and drinking. If you are unable or unwilling to wear a mask, we recommend attending the event virtually.
What do I get with a virtual ticket?
You receive access to view all of the same speakers that the in-person attendees will see. Registration is needed for each individual viewing the virtual version of the conference, which can be accessed from their own unique log in to the event app (available on desktop or mobile).
Will replays be available with a virtual ticket?
Are discounts available on tickets?
In person tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis, until capacity has been reached, for $1,250 per person. Due to the limited amount of tickets this year, there are no discounts for in person tickets.
Virtual tickets are discounted for groups of 5+
Are seats reserved for me?
Seats are confirmed reserved upon receipt of payment in full.
Is it safe to have a conference?
The safety of our attendees is of highest priority. We will be following all restrictions in place at the time of the event by the state of Ohio, Cuyahoga County, City of Cleveland, and the Huntington Convention Center. We will be monitoring these throughout the year, and adopting the guidelines as they change.
The convention center has also implemented rigorous cleaning protocols, installed state of the art filtration systems, hand sanitizing stations, electrostatic sprayers, touchless methods in areas such as the restrooms, and technology such as self cleaning buttons in the elevators. Our guidelines include, but are not limited to: masks to be worn at all times in the building unless actively eating or drinking, smaller groups sat per table, social distancing of 6 feet from those not in your party encouraged when moving around the building, only 2 people in an elevator at a time.
Receiving your badge and entering the event space, confirms your acknowledgement of the guidelines to be followed by all attendees including masks, as well as the potential risks involved in attending which are listed below.
Risks and release of liability
You are participating in the Event voluntarily and at your own risk, and you take full responsibility for your participation in the Event. You agree to respect basic COVID-19 preventative measures while in attendance at the Event, including wearing a mask at all times while indoors except when eating or drinking, practicing social distancing of at least six (6) feet when possible, and any other reasonable directions or restrictions imposed by The DiJulius Group (TDG) or the Huntington Convention Center of Cleveland (HCCC) in connection with the Event.
You represent and warrant that you do not suffer from any medical condition or disease that might in any way hinder or prevent you from attending the Event, including, to your knowledge, COVID-19. You further represent and warrant that if you experience any symptoms generally associated with COVID-19 (including without limitation, cough, respiratory conditions, fever, etc.) within ten (10) days prior to the Event, you agree not to attend the Event.
You understand that while TDG and the HCCC have undertaken reasonable steps to lessen the risk of the transmission of COVID-19 (and any of its variants, collectively “COVID-19”) in connection with the Event, TDG and HCCC are not responsible for any risks related to COVID-19 in connection with the Event. You understand that the World Health Organization has classified the COVID-19 outbreak as a pandemic. You further understand that COVID-19 is a highly contagious and dangerous disease, and that contact with the virus that causes COVID-19 may result in significant personal injury or death. You are fully aware that participation in the Event (including any related travel) carries with it certain inherent risks related to COVID-19 transmission (“Inherent Risks”) that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid such risks.
Further, you acknowledge that the risks of COVID-19 are still not fully understood, and that contact with, or transmission of, COVID-19 may result in risks including but not limited to loss, personal injury, sickness, death, damage, and expense, the exact nature of which are not fully ascertainable, and all of which are to be considered Inherent Risks. You also acknowledge and understand that the overall environment is a dynamic one and is subject to changing conditions. Therefore, you will take reasonable steps to stay informed of, and adhere to, CDC, state, and local guidelines.
By registering for and participating in the Event, you hereby fully and forever waive, release, acquit, and discharge TDG and HCCC, including its affiliates and each of their managers, officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all claims, causes of action, demands, liabilities, damages of any kind, obligations, costs, expenses, and debts, of every kind and nature whatsoever, whether based on statute, tort, contract, common law, or other theory of recovery, which may arise, now or at any time in the future, out of or in connection with your participation in the Event.
What if my plans change?
If your plans change, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person, or credit can be applied to virtual attendance.
