Can I see who will be attending the conference?
At the event you will be able to connect with fellow attendees in the mobile app. For everyone’s privacy and security, the attendee list will not be posted publicly.

How many does a table seat?
Tables seat 8 people
If your group spans multiple tables, they will be sat next to each other to keep your team together.
* Please note that we will be following all health and safety guidelines in place by the state of Ohio, Cuyahoga County, City of Cleveland, and the Huntington Convention Center at the time of the event, and table capacities are subject to change.

Are meals provided?
A light breakfast will be provided both mornings, as well as lunch both days. We will also have plenty of coffee/ tea/ and non-alcoholic beverages to keep you hydrated throughout the event! If you have any dietary allergies, please let us know as soon as possible at [email protected].
Attendees are free to explore Cleveland for dinners! We have many great restaurants in the area from casual fare to fine dining. Here are a few of The DiJulius Group’s favorites!

How do I change the name of an attendee or my registration information?
Tickets are always transferable to another attendee! Simply email us at [email protected] and let us know the new attendee’s name, email address, and job title, as well as who they will be replacing.
We can also update your registration if needed via the same address! The email you are registered with, is what all confirmations and app access will be tied to.
Can I feature my business at the event?
We have sponsorship packages available for any organizations interested in exhibiting or presenting at the conference. Request more information today to learn how to showcase your brand to the attendees!
Are there ground transportation options available?
Taxi, Uber, Lyft, or rental cars are the most convenient mode of transportation from the CLE airport to the downtown area (rental company listing). There are also several car service companies available for hire if you prefer a private sedan or limo transfer (company listing). Cleveland’s RTA system also has a train system, The Rapid, that will take you right downtown for a low fee.
What is there to do in Cleveland?
The Cleveland Convention Center sits in the heart of Downtown Cleveland, Ohio, home to The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and a few blocks away from the East 4th Street District where you can find a wide variety of dining and entertainment. Check out everything #ThisisCLE has to offer!
What is the event attire/ dress code?
We would like you to be comfortable during the conference, so business casual attire is appropriate. We also suggest that you bring a sweater or jacket to wear. Meeting rooms have a tendency to be too cold for some and too warm for others!
Is the Convention Center ADA accessible?
The Huntington Convention Center is an ADA compliant center. If any additional assistance is needed during the event, please let us know in advance at [email protected]
Are discounts available on tickets?
A discounted group rate is available for teams of 5+ attendees. Contact [email protected] or 440-638-2410 for more information on our team incentives!
Are tickets/seats reserved for me?
Your ticket is confirmed and space is reserved for your registration, upon receipt of payment in full.
There is no assigned seating for the General session.
We assign seating by table number for the general session at the event, and breakout sessions are first come, first serve seating until the room is at capacity.
Is it safe to have a conference?
The safety of our attendees is of highest priority. We will be following any guidelines in place at the time of the event by the state of Ohio, Cuyahoga County, City of Cleveland, and the Huntington Convention Center.
We will be monitoring these throughout the year, and adopting any guidelines if they were to arise. The convention center has also implemented rigorous cleaning protocols, installed state of the art filtration systems, hand sanitizing stations, electrostatic sprayers, touchless methods in areas such as the restrooms, and technology such as self cleaning buttons in the elevators.
What if my plans change?

Registration is fully refundable up until September 15, 2022.
Will there be breakout sessions?
Yes! Breakout sessions will take place on day 1 and day 2
Will there be an event app?
Yes! We will be sending access to our amazing mobile app for the event, approximately 2 weeks prior to the event. Our app will make your on-site experience smooth with all the information you need to know at your fingertips!
Where is the closest major airport?
You can fly into either Cleveland Hopkins (CLE) or Akron/Canton (CAK) with Cleveland Hopkins being the preferred airport due to accessibility and distance from the venue. Here are driving directions from Hopkins to the venue: https://csrev.click/directions
Is there parking available?
For those staying in a hotel, we recommend parking with the property you are staying at.
For those driving in each morning The Huntington Garage is the most convenient parking option, with a covered pedestrian tunnel to the venue from level 2.
